We are looking for mortgage brokers who are interested in fresh re mortgage enquiries we can generate enquiries throughout the uk and send leads in selected poscodes

Once the client has made a enquirie for a re mortgage we contact the clients and confirm all the details we will spend time with the client and go through a more in depth fact find once the client meets the criteria we will then introduce you as the local consultant and arrange a telephone appointment

We only produce debt consolidate or capital raise leads and have a replacement policy with the leads

Criteria

Max ltv 80%
Prime case only
Client looking for debt consolidate or capital raise

Returns policy

If deal cannot be achieved and it is not compliant we will replace
If client states not interested we will replace
If client cannot be contacted we will replace


We are looking to work with brokers on a long term basis i have worked in the mortgage market for several years and have had great success with the conversion of our leads we consolidate our clients to the highest standard and will only send a lead if the clients intent is 100%

We are looking for brokers who can take decent volumes every week we can usually complete an order of 5-10 leads within a week but we are happy to work at the brokers pace
