If Yes, we then ask the following questions....

1. Did you receive medical attention?
2. Are you not at fault?
3. Have you tried to, or are you currently claiming for that accident?
4. Do you have, or can you obtain third party details? (RTA Only)
5. Did you report it in the accident book? (EL and OL Only)
6. Do you want to pursue claim for personal injury?
