I have a massive database of homeowners for sale i have run an 18 seater marketing company for the last 2years due to circumstances in the market we are now closing and have a massive number of old leads and data available

The homeowner database has around 1.2million records all the data comes with

Full Name
Address
Home No
Mobile No
Email Address

We also have some other data that we use to buy in bulk such as loan decline data that comes with amount looking to raise and puropse of raise and data where the client has a loan outstanding this data has the amount outstanding on loan and current lender

We also have mortgage fact finds these leads are all clients who have sat face to face with one of our mortgage advisers to discuss a remortgage we have around 5.000 of these clients

All the data we have was only ever pitched for re mortgage deals so i would imagine there this is a really good opertunity for DM companys-insurance companys and others also

We also have a massive number of clients who have carried out 15 question surveys regarding there mortgage and all have a minimum of 5k debts we have thousands and we also have internet enquirys from clients who made enquiry to re mortgage
