This chap pretends to be a lead generator but is actually a broker that has so far supplied us with stale and/or fraudulent leads and of course as soon as a refund is requested, he goes to ground.

The matter has now been passed to legal to collect the outstanding debt, but just beware guys....another dud to be added to the long long list !

    Anyone else had similar experiences?

C&M are based in Manchester not swansea.

Claims to start which is Collin is the guy from Swansea.

C&M is ran by a guy called David Cullum - However they do produce some work as they send their cases to MTA solicitors, they were developing hotkeys leads about 12 months ago but I think they are just selling full claims now.

Their normally pretty easy to get in contact with, I have mixed feelings about them but on the whole they havent disappeared over the last 12 months like a lot of others so it cant be all bad.

John - collins company is claims to start.

He has nothing to do with C&M - I think there could have been a possibility that he was a supplier of theirs.

Give C&M a call - they replied to capitals post yesterday about buying hotkey leads - there was a number on there - ask to speak to david cullum

Even though I have never had dealings with Colin Bevan, I have met him and he is involved with Kev Sheardown so make your own decisions on that.

Hi My Name is Lisa Holmes,

Just thought I would reply to some bad press aimed at C and M claims and Colin Bevan, We are a company called C AND M accident claims ltd and we have nothing to do with Colin bevan and are totaly seperate organisations. We do know Colin as we have tried a couple of data sets off him or rtas recently. However that is as far as our relationships goes. Also I might add I was under the impression that Colins Company is called C and M associates in Swansea not C AND M CLAIMS and the reason for this is that it states this on there comppany invoice. So this is something I will be looking in to as I wouldnt be to happy about someone using our company name especially with all the bad press they have had. Also Many Thanks To Tom Shaw for trying to clear this matter up. Hope this helps clarify the situation.
