You sent me an e mail asking if it was still OK to call me
I sent you a reply saying yes
You sent a reply saying you would call at 3pm today...........you didn't
You insead PM'd me saying you would call @ 5pm. ( This I didn't pick up until 4.55 anyway. The normal way is to call to re-appoint)
You didn't even call me @ 5pm. You still haven't called me or let me know why you can't be bothered.

Do you think I now want to do business with you????

What is a REAL concern to me on this forum.
I could apologise. But nobody on here ever seems too. I am dealing with Personal Injury, DM, IVA and also sending leads to clients at the same time whilst resolving issues. Then at the same time managing staff, then also arranging new placements for call centres. Then sigining up agreements. Yes i said i would call you. But i cannot micro manage everything at once.

In an amicable way, you could of easily emailed or called me!!!!! But no you never,from my view you would be scaring lead gen companies away with yuor attitude.

Every post you make has a attitude. If you have the time and effort to sit at your phone staring at it fantastic.

But if you post something make it useful. I deal with and answer my clients. AS i have said before. if you are trying to suggest something say it out loud, and watch a legal case drop on your doorstep pal.

Your attitude actually says it all. I post up here to show other members my experience of your company, so they can make an informed decision of how they deal with you. As you can see, there are quite a few of these type of posts now appearing.

it strikes me you need to cut Tony some slack old son.....we have been dealing with him for a few weeks now and he has always kept a good line of communication open.

if occasionally he cant get back to us same day ( as happens to us all if we are rushed off our feet) then he always gets back to us next day......these no need to go off on one in such a public way...
