Its negotiable depending onvolume etc, but this is where we would start;

£1k - £3k premium £50 on 30 days and 4% at conclusion
£3k - £6k premium £150 on 30 days and 3% at conclusion
£6k - £9k premium £160 on 30 days and 3% at conclusion
£9k - £12k premium £170 on 30 days and 3% at conclusion
£12k+ £180 on 30 days and 3% at conclusion
