We have 18,000 records of postcode specific Homeowners (that fit into the 50+ age group ) They have been approached via direct marketing methods (Telesales) and have been sold to.Each sale was 5k+ and all records have paid (in one payment) within the last 12 months.
Its all TPS'd and clean
An ideal database for many types (Life insurance,Home Insurance ,Equity Release, Home improvement etc)

We also have very current files:

Email addresses (consumer and business)
Fully profiled consumer data
Profiled Business Data
