Wanted - mortgage leads

Hi guys

I currently have a mortgage brokerage of approx 25 advisers who I supply leads for. I currently buy leads from the well known lead generation companies but am looking at other options to see if they are more cost effective. I pay on average £10 for a remortgage lead and currently have around 600 leads a month. Can anyone tell me if there is a 'cheaper' method of producing leads for my advisers or anyone help me at all?

I have liked this one with "cheaper", there is not cheaper than that. I think that you are looking for leads that have a better convertion ratio and respectively a better ROI.

Thanks for the feed. I already have an excellent conversion ratio. My telesales team convert 1 in 2 leads to appointments. Its then up to the brokers sale skills once they are in front of the client. So I am looking for 'cheaper' or 'more cost effective.

£10 is a cheap price for a remo lead, you won't find cheaper but rubish.

I am not interested how many leads you convert in appointments, because there will be lots of appointments waisted (and you know it better than me). It's all about ROI (return on investment).

Thats an excellent conversion rate in the current climate and should provide a fantastic ROI on leads at £10 a throw.

Does your telesales team work for the broker company or are you an independent company ?
