Our company has many working relationships with several Debt Management Companies in England and Wales.

The deal we have with them is as follows:

- They pass existing clients through to ourselves for us to advise the client about the option of going bankrupt
- In terms of the fees paid per client transferred, we have many introducer arrangements in place to protect both parties

The normal criteria for these clients is again as follows:

- Clients who have given their Notice of Cancellation
- Clients who will undergo a debt management plan for 10 years or more
- Clients who have a significant amount of debt but own no assets
- Or clients that are new leads but simply do not fit their current criteria
