Has anyone spoken to or had any communication with Guaranteed Finance recently? I've e-mailed... called... left messages but nothing.

I'm having the same problem. Can't seem to get hold of them on the telephone and no answer to my mails. Not good business, i'm considering stopping sending them anything.

I last had a reply to an email on the 14th... They've been a lot slower to reply to emails since the office move and I seem to have to chase up replies every time...

Just to update you, I sent another email this morning and had a response within about 20 minutes (although again, I had to send a chaser email after the one I sent a few days ago) - so they are definitely still up an running

although I'm not too pleased to discover that the "new ping tree" which was supposed to launch on the 2nd of January (as per their announcement) has been delayed, meaning I've been basing my PPC activity off leads at £9.50 when they'll actually been paying out at £3.50. Never had any problems before, but my search for a new merchant looks to start again

Hi everyone,

Firstly just to let you know that GF are very much still alive and kicking!

And secondly I apologise if our correspondence has been slow of late - the move caused us more problems than anticipated but we are now back in the swing of things.

If anyone has outstanding issues please email the address already mentioned above and they will be dealt with promptly.
