Do you know if the linkshare canada codes/offers api feeds are populated?

UK and US are ok but can't seem to get CA to show anything.

Sorry this was my fault - lost track in preparation for expo.

I can confirm that the offers/coupons for Advertisers in the Canada Network are included within the US coupon feed, rather than having a separate feed.

If you run this query http://couponfeed.linksynergy.com/coupon?token=[your web services token]&network=5 you should see all coupons/offers for Advertisers in the Canada Network that you are already partnered with.

Yeah that's the same link we are using and this is the result..

It must be a case of only being approved to merchants without any codes or offers then.

Can you confirm whether or not the above merchant have any codes/offfers.

I have just looked at my feed and I can see offers for Roots and McAfee.

Are you definitely using your web services token found here http://cli.linksynergy.com/cli/publisher/links/webServices.php which is 64 characters, rather than you 11 character site code?

If you are, and still getting an error message, I will have to refer you to our tech team.

Sorry i'm an idiot!, was using the US webservices token.

I've now created a CA webservices token and inserted that but get the following message..

<errorcode>20</errorcode>
<errorstring>Access Denied Token ID Is Invalid or Not Approved for Coupon Feed</errorstring>
</fault>

The Token ID is correct so assuming i'm not approved for the coupon feed, can you remind me on how I get approved for it as i'm already approved for the US and UK feeds.

I'ts working now :-), just read the auto email from linkshare saying the token may take about 5 mins to work once created.
