‘Plenty’ to put the answer in a word! As well as offering one of the largest collections online for an independent retailer we’re also offering some extra customer service value as we always do in November and December by extending our Christmas returns policy. Without going into the small print we’re giving anyone who orders from now until Christmas Day the chance to return their unwanted or incorrect Christmas gifts for 14 days after the 25th of December. This means everyone in the UK will have a few more days to get bits and pieces back to us for exchanges or returns, with everything having to be back by the 7th of January 2012. Usually we only offer 10 days from day of receipt, so this is a great weight of all shoppers minds with designer clothing often being so unforgiving in sizes.

We’re also offering customers next day delivery right up until 4pm on the 22nd of December. Anything after this we can’t guarantee for Christmas delivery, so why not communicate this to your visitors and have them browse our 8,000 strong range safe in the knowledge that everything is still next day delivery. There will be some superb seasonal banners available in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for these.

We’d also like to give a friendly but timely reminder to those of you using PPC to gain your sales. You are not permitted to use any of the Mainline Menswear brand terms or Mainline Menswear marks including misspells and other variants.
