How do I get direct links?

Impressed with the new Linkshare. Just not sure how to get direct links to product pages?

I've tried the link builder on one merchant but when I tested it the merchant appeared to redirect it to the home page. Also, the link builder is not on every merchant's links page. Am I missing something obvious? Perfectly possible

When using the LinkBuilder - please give it up to an hour for the links to direct to where you want them. In the meantime they do redirect to the homepage.
Not every merchant has the LinkBuilder function but there are other ways to direct link. I can have you set up for Merchandiser (our datafeed system) and also there is the 'Individual Products' option that has deep links for every item a merchant has, provided the merchant has a datafeed. Alternatively, please contact the respective Account Manager (or me) and we can set up text links for you.
