    Hello all,

This is my first post on here, I have alot of clients asking about putting a video clip of a professional presenter on their website, who would introduce the website and tell visitors all about their products and services.

I've googled some companys and found, KWIKVID and VideoTile. Do you think this could help reduce bounce? Does anybody else have one on their site? Do the above 2 companies look any good? If not, any suggestions.

    Many thanks,

    Andy :tup

Personally i'd say NO as they tend to end up a bit QVCish. What would and does work though is getting your existing customers to be able to send in videos of themselves using the products (depending on what you are selling of course).
For example take a look at firebox. They make great use of customers sending in vids and i've bought from them over their competition because of it before.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

I've seen alot of presenters talking on websites, the thing I'm interested in, is having a presenter on a clients page where the background behind the presenter is the website itself! So it looks like the presenter is really there on the site.

If you have a moment, I'd be interested to see if you think these companies look cheesey or QVCish?

    kwikvid . com
    or
    videotile . com

Any info would be great, im looking forward to the prospects of video on websites!

    Regards,
    Andy
