What is pay per play?

Am reading up on pay per play as the new way to advertise and make money online.

Does anyone know any british companies who do this as everyone seems american.

I manage and own quite a few sites with large numbers of traffic and see the benefits but would like to pseak to an expert and work out how it is priced.

Ie do you get paid if the persons volume is off?

I have looked into pay per play and it was a scam. I have never found anything legit.

There was a hype about PPP (Pay Per Play) about a year or two ago... they were talking how it is going to "revolutionize" online marketing industry.

What happened? Nothing.
