Digital Millennium Copyright Act
I had copyscape search 80+ pages of my site and one of my pages was copied. I am so frustrated. I just started using copyscape as a way to protect my work and I found out that this blogger just copied and pasted almost my entire home page from Organic Living for Health and Wellness
I started the site in the summer of 2007. I tried to send her a message but it is not going through on her blog. I am frustrated. What do I do? Copyscape shows the words that she copied. She tried to change a few words around to make it look as though she didn't copy anything. This makes me so mad! I am very frustrated.
This is my site Organic Living for Health and Wellness

Not trying to discourage you but copyspace is just an additional cost... The best thing to do is to contact her hosting provider...
You don't need to have a copyspace... the date on your posts are evidence that you owned the originals..
It happened to me before... his host shutdown his site after I provided evidence that I owned the articles..
Thank you! I will try that. He is ignoring my emails.
