First i want to say Hi to all,

I am working in electronics field and i have just released 1publishing news site -updated daily news and informtion for the printed circuit board industry ( PCBTalk.com - Daily PCB News and Information). I also placed some Google Adsense on this site, site up for 1 month already.

I think site's content is special, and selected audience so it is not much visitors
I post my topic here to discuss and hope to catch some good ideas to develop my site.
How to improve my site traffic, should i post on some community forum, although it is not concern about my site content , just to advertise and hope people can check and visit it .

Ways to get traffic they are mostly universal for all kind of sites and long term strategy is of course via SEO (on-page and off-page optimisation).
However, if you info is truely special, I would promote it at topically-related forums by writing reviews posts and helping the members of community.

Try also social networks like Digg, but be careful as diggers don't like plain advertising, they prefer really useful info.

First start by doing onpage and off page seo, then you will start to see your site where you want it to be.

Have done any SEO for your site? IMO getting good ranking in search engine result pages (SERP) for your keywords would not only increase your traffic but also increase your conversion rates.

Since you've started a new site I suggest writing a Press Release and at the same time write as many articles to the top article directories like EZA. The key is to write it fast but with the same quality so that you can submit more.

First do onpage of your site. Your site tile and content should be unique and also important that you have updated the meta tite, meta desciption and meta keywords as they are more important before promoting your site and now after on page is compelete you can do off page but for that first select keywords which you want to target for your site, analyse your competitor you will get more idea and then take part in social site, forums posting, article posting etc.

I would agree with others that you should optimize with on page SEO first like optimizing your keywords, title tag, meta tag, design, and so on...

And then you can continue with off page SEO with link building such as forum postings, article submission, directory listing, social bookmarking, blog commenting, and social networking...

If you feel not enough, you can continue with SEM by doing some advertising like Google Adwords or finding some good advertising spot to advertise n market your website

Getting traffic is not easy thing.. has to work properly.. First part work on the on page optimization, finding the best keywords, content writing etc.. after work hardly on th epromaotion... Make proper BL from good sites and advertize on other sites etc...any how its not a short term work .. need long time to success

First of all you do the seo on your onpage after optimize your site by using the good keywords and Title you start offpage optimization that's the proper way to do the SEO.
Your source must me supported and well done so the that the search engine crawl your site easily.

Try writing and submitting articles to article directories but only focus on a few good ones like EZA as it's the best one to me. Do lots of blog commenting but use a good strategy like:

1. look for similar niche blogs
2. look for dofollow blogs with commentluv plugin and top commentator list
3. comment and make yourself a top commentator on a few blogs. Then move on to other new blogs.
4. Daily go to these blogs and continue commenting so that you remain a top commentator.
5. Do this for one month.

When bloggers see you as the top commentator they will visit you. No question about it.

Could you put up some free reference documents about PCBs (maybe for enthusiasts or hobbyists) in an effort to get people to link to your site, i.e. some linkbait.

If you want traffic, then you're going to have get top listings in search engines. Pick the keywords that you want to rank well for that are related to your website, and get backlinks with the keywords in them. Forums and blogs are also a good place to get direct traffic.
