Anyone else had problems with adwords?

I changed an ad last night about 9 ish and the old ad was still being shown for seaches this afternoon more than 16 hours later, the new one is live now but it really hacks me off that it took so long, changes used to be instant.

UUNET was having major problems all that day, it maybe related, our site was taking over 3 minutes to upload...but yes to your question and we have found updates are still not live from last night.

Have been having problems updating scince thursday, i edited one campaign and the following day it still hadn't updated. other campaigns seem to take a couple of hours...

    and it gets stranger...
just checked google and they now have put this.

Your last 1,000 ad impressions displayed on Google did not generate enough clicks to meet our minimum clickthrough rate requirement. We are therefore showing ads only occasionally for the those keywords with a low CTR. Please follow the directions for improving keyword targeting, then press the Restore Full Delivery button above.

even though the imp and clicks look like this.

    keyword ** 1 1 100.0% £0.04 £0.04 1.0
    keyword ** 0 0 - - - -

    any ideas?

Google have had problems off and on from Thursday through the weekend.

They have continued to show ads that were deleted.

This was their response to an e-mail I sent them :

Over the weekend a small number of our advertisers were affected by a system delay that prevented campaign changes to take effect immediately.
The system delay has now been eliminated and your changes should have taken effect. If they have not may I ask that you attempt to make the changes once again? If you are still unsuccessful please reply to this email and I will investigate further.
To give them their due the ads have now been deleted, but they haven't said what they intend to do for the ads that were clicked when the campaign was deleted. As the ads were for a time sensitive event I'm not having it if they say "but the clicks will be good for ...."

I think they were mistaken in their quote of "small"
