    Hi

Should i repost a press release (i have written) on my own website or try and put different content on my website to that which i am releasing as PR?

i dont want to get problems with search engines for duplicate content so any advice would be good before i get into problems!

I'd advise you to put the article on your site first, then submit it to the PR/Article sites, with the link back to the original article, then you should be safe (well, as safe as you can be). It's a wavy line we tread when we duplicate our content.
