Just wondering which PPC search engine would rank after Google, Yahoo and MIVA for UK traffic?

    Cheers.

I just started trying m$ adcenter. Bit of a pain as it doesn't work well in firefox (esp. on linux), but looks to have low bids at the moment and a reasonable amount of traffic,

    Is MIVA any good?

I have used 7 search in the past. Although they do deliver the traffic it doesnt compare in quality to google. I dont rank any of the other much either.

I take it the adcenter bids start at 10p?

Jimmy, avoid it like the plague. I have personally used over 100 PPC search engines and MIVA UK has one of the most inept staff, buggy interface and bizarre policies I have ever experienced (e.g. only one URL per account). Something that takes two minutes with Google Adwords takes two hours and ten emails back and forth with MIVA UK. Every PPCer I meet says the same thing.

So which good ones are out there apart from the Big Three?

Hey, Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking of giving it a try, but it doesn't sound worth it.

have to say I'm unimpressed by recent events

I haven't used miva for some time as an advertiser but figured it would be ok for something I am doing so I popped one campaign in to test the water.

I put it in on a thursday, by the following wednesday it was still waiting approval, I asked someone to give them a nudge and they did, but the server was down when they checked the campaign so they disapproved it, which is fair enough, however the campaign disappeared from my account totally, I couldn't even re-edit it..imagine how annoying that would have been if I'd put a 100 campaigns in there for the same site

I then put in 4 campaigns on a thursday, by the following wednesday they were still awaiting approval so I got someone to nudge them again and I received an email a few hours later saying the image/logos were too big so I immediately edited them and emailed them off and finally the next day they were approved.. YAY

however despite being in credit and now 4 days since it was approved my ads, despite saying "ACTIVE", are still NOT SHOWING unreal or what !? the campaign's are approved but the KEYWORDS are still "pending"

what's the point of approving a campaign but not the keywords, and what's with the timescale ? it's totally unacceptable considering that all the competition is either same day or 2 days max

    Hey,

Started using msn adcenter at the beginning of the month, can't say I'm impressed. Tip do all your changes in the am, once the states come on line it crashes. As for editorial I thought Yahoo where fussy, these guys should be begging for business as the volume is that low.

Anyone got experience / success with mirago?
