PR's is nearly dead anyhow, but 100 links on a pr4 with no on-topic links would have little value even in old google.
But I suppose $4 is no risk to take

Just came across this site and thought others might be interested. It's 100 links on a page all up for auction. I bought a link for $4 which i thought was pretty good for a page rank 4 link. What do others think?
