Hi
I have just launched a shopping directory that focuses on the high street shopper and making it easy for them to find their favourite high street store. Adevrtising rates are extremely competitive. Check out www.theshoppingarcade.co.uk
Hi All,
Can anyone recommend some good sites to advertise on (not PPC) to generate traffic for a gift-orientated site? Either permanent ads or banners.
Don't want to spend a fortune, as I'm just dabbling at the moment, but if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.
Cheers

If you really want to target a certain demographic - you need to know who it is and then to plan.. Who buys your products?
Hi, Currently researching this. Lots of site will tell you they can do this and do that, 1 trillion traffick in a milli seconds, know what i mean. lol.
Take this advice. endeavour to check how anysite that promises traffick is rank on alexa, check how many site is linked to the site itself then try some eye catching creatives to see how it goes. target sites that give you how many clicks youve got. check your site statistics on daily basis to see how your ad with different website is soaring or creeping.
To round it up, i will give you just 2 of top sites to advertise.
1. gumtree.com....
2.classifieds.co.uk...
anyone else wish to name one or two sites?
