First Approach Letter

I need help to write a first approach letter that I can send to future affiliates,but without these future affiliates having the feeling that I am spamming them.I try and write a letter informing them of this is a great chance or a new opportunity etc. What should I do?

Hi Keith

You can send them your information in the form of newsletter giving information about your plans and offers. But should keep i mind that the data should be informative otherwise it can be treated as newsletter.
