We have now enabled the publisher registrations on iCodes - The Discount Codes Network

What you get...

A hosted website with access to all the voucher codes and merchants which can be activated at a click of a button.

The database is updated many times a day by us and the publishers, so your website will display new merchants (once activated by you) and voucher codes for your activated merchants as soon as they have been added.

You can add new merchants by simply typing in the merchant name and adding the merchant id. (no need to create an affiiate link.. its all done for you)

No need to install a website, no hosting needed, no need to spend hours finding and adding hundreds of codes, no need to create affiliate links, no need to remove expired codes... all you need to do is promote it.

You can add you own orignal content and html on the home page, add stat code / content / html in the footer, all static template content can be edited.

You can change the colours, fonts and width of your website.

... and this is just for starters, many many more facilities will be added

It was a very last second decision not to make it free, free sites get treated like free sites and just encourage the type of affiliates which we could do without... a big lesson was learnt from the free pages on pagerank10.

We want affilaites who are going to promote the sites and contribute to the network, we do not want people registering for free just to sabatage the site by adding hundreds of nonsense voucher codes... as they will have nothing to lose when we suspend them, they could just sign up again and create more havoc.

Making it £49 for a year is to protect the site, publishers and merchants.

If you think less than £1 a week for this service (including hosting) is too expensive then that says everything

Any iCodes - The Discount Codes Network website purchased on 22/08/08 until the end of 23/08/08 will receive the following credits on Browse or Search through 1000's of products, services, voucher codes and compare prices.

Subdomain purchased at £49 get 100 Credits worth £60
Top level domain website purchased at £199 gets 500 Credits worth £200

Once you have purchased your icodes domain, create or login to your pagerank10 account, apply for the relevant amount of credits and ignore the paypal button, we will then update them to paid for you.

Thats one of our test domains, it was quite late at night (thats my excuse anyway)..

For those of you who didn't see the typo's of DISCOUNT, was DISO**** and DICOUNT.

The option to deeplink has now been added.

You only need to enter the target url e.g. Dual Combi TV & DVD Player LE21DTVDVD0701 - ASDA Electricals the site will add the other bits depending on the network.

Please dont forget some deeplinks require extra paramiters at the end of the deeplink or they will not track.. if this is the case you will need to add these.

We have also added the option to enter your tracking ids (clickref, LID) ect..

These are found in the 'my affiliate id's' section, you only need to enter the actual id's you require, the site adds the rest depending on the netwrk.

Vince has been on it every second of the day and says its not been down for him, could it be that it was down for a few seconds as new files were being uploaded? (this maybe the case on a few occassions as we are working on it.

When you say the site is down, do you mean the whole lot, just icodes.co.uk or your icodes website?

You can now add exclusive codes which will only appear on your website.

An exclusive code is a voucher code only you are allowed to use, not a code which a merchant sometimes refer to as exclusive which they give out to everyone.

So get requesting those exclusive codes!!!
