Where do I begin, the first thing is to say thanks to everyone. 20% increase in August, Double commission incentives in September have been amazing. The feedback has been great, the leads have built up to a more consistent level and a fair few of you guys have seen some very well deserved payouts.... And there's more coming.
As you will all be aware October & November are 2 of the 5 best months in the IVA/DM industry and it is for this reason that we are offering "The best" incentive prize's in the industry. Or should I say prizes.
ALL Prizes are available to ALL Affiliates with the exception of Prize 3-Part A.
Prize 1 (Value £6000) : To the affiliate who produces the biggest increase in number of IVA "Case Accepted" leads throughout Oct/Nov 07.
IVA Prize 1 : A prize of £1000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 10 more cases accepted than the previous month.
IVA Prize 2 : A prize of £2000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 20 more cases accepted than the previous month.
IVA Prize 3 : A prize of £3000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 30 more cases accepted than the previous month.
Example for a NEW Affiliate : If you sign up and in the months of October/November and you have 10 IVA leads Case Accepted (NOT Accepted) then we will award you a cash prize of £1000. If you have 30 IVA leads case accepted you will be paid £1000 for the 1st ten, £2000 for the 2nd ten and £3000 for the 3rd ten. Total of £6000 cash prize.

Remember it is our case workers that will achieve pack returns on your IVA leads, so the better the leads the more chance of case acceptance.
To the affiliate who produces the biggest increase in number of Debt Management (DMP) "Case Accepted" leads.
Prize 2 (Value £6000) : To the affiliate who produces the biggest increase in number of DMP "Case Accepted" leads throughout Oct/Nov 07.
DMP Prize 1 : A prize of £1000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 30 more cases accepted than the previous month.
DMP Prize 2 : A prize of £2000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 60 more cases accepted than the previous month.
DMP Prize 3 : A prize of £3000 CASH will be paid to ALL affiliates that have 90 more cases accepted than the previous month.
Example for a NEW Affiliate : If you sign up and in the months of October/November you have 30 DMP leads Case Accepted (NOT Accepted) then we will award you a cash prize of £1000. If you have 90 DMP leads case accepted you will be paid £1000 for the 1st thirty, £2000 for the 2nd thirty and £3000 for the 3rd thirty. Total of £6000 cash prize.

Prize 3 (Value estimated £1800+)
Part A : Highest earner gets to choose at random any affiliate within our program to award a £1000 cash prize to.
Part B : The highest earner will also be rewarded with a 10% profit share of the chosen affiliates income for October & November. (To be donated to charity of choice.)
So for example if the highest earning affiliate chooses an affiliate that was paid the sum total of £8,000 throughout the month of October/November they will be rewarded £800 for the charity of their choice.
Appendix to part A, Note to all affiliates : We will only enter the names of live affiliates into the draw. The definition of "live" is an affiliate that has had more than 10 "accepted" leads throughout October/November. (Not to be confused with "case accepted".)
A bit about the 123 Debt Solutions IVA/DMP Affiliate Program
For those of you that don't know our payment structure it is as follows :
Payment Terms are fortnightly on the 1st and the 16th of each month by bank transfer or cheque.
Example if you submit leads between 01/10/07-15/10/07 you will be paid on the 1st of November, if you submit leads between 16/10/07-31/10/07 you will be paid on the 16th of November etc... etc....

Definition of "Acceptance" is as follows :
The lead must not be interested in a loan and must be generated via debt help web site etc... It is simple, if the lead is a genuine lead and is not a telephone number from the phone book etc then it will be accepted 100% of the time.
We offer a
NO Rejections policy on
ALL leads if the lead is submitted using our iFrame, auto feed or CC FormMail.
Please bear in mind that it is all about the
quality of the lead not the
quantity.. The better understanding you have about what it takes to enter into an IVA the better your marketing & landing pages, the better the leads convert. I

123 Debt Solutions has a team of 7 strong case workers and financial advisors on hand 10:00-21:00 6 days a week. There job is to turn the leads around as quickly as possible for the benefit of not only the client and the company but for the affiliate.
It is for this reason we pay a case acceptance fee and not a conversion fee...
What's the difference?
The difference is that upon a lead sending his/her documents back he/she is then accepted by Us & Our partner panel as a client. This is usually within 2 weeks of the lead being provided to us.
CASE ACCEPTANCE = PACK RETURN.
Unlike conversion that in many cases can be up to 3/4 months before MOC and conversion. (If it ever gets there due to the many stages of failure even after pack return.)
