only using the copy and creative that we provide. Everything that we make available to use has been approved under FSA regulations and as such should not be altered. You will be held liable for any changes that you do make and we can accept no responsibility should any legal action occur in relation to your amendments.
If you want to use different copy or have any other suggestions and we will happily run them through the compliance procedure to gain approval but you must never put anything live which has not been pre approved via us from Braemar’s compliance department. We are open to all avenues of communication and if you are in any doubt please contact us.
