  New Microsoft adCenter Beta Site

Has anyone else had a look at the new Microsoft adCenter Beta Site?

http://msftadcenter.com/webinar/beta/betawebinar.pps

Certainly looks like they have been taking everyones advice on board & certainly seems more user friendly than the old system - still not brilliant but certainly a step in the right direction.

Regards

Jon

Yeah it's an improvement. The most interesting feature is the lack of alphabetical sorting though, that always wastes a good few minutes every time you want to find something!

Hi,

You can do this by clicking on on the title of the of the column you are wanting to sort alphabetically eg Ad Group Name, although it does not appear to save in this order if you go out of the level you sort and go back into it again, which is a bit of a pain.

Hi Fraser,

Sorry i thought you meant having the option to sort alphabetically. The new search functionality should help a bit with this. IMO it would be best if the data retained the last order it was set to. Agreed it helps having them alphabetically for finding terms although I quite often like to have my accounts ordered by spend decreasing so that i can quickly see the terms with the higher costs.

Regards

Yeah I agree with you Jon. I guess we all use it in different ways but just remembering your last sort order would be ideal!

The most important thing has to be - have they removed the 'wrestling in treacle' factor that always made the site such a chore.
