Not displaying ads but have budget and account is on?

Account Status: The account XXXXX 437489323 is not displaying ads as of 02/04/08 20:39 GMT. This may be because the account has reached its daily spending limit, its balance has been depleted, or your company's account administrator has set the account status to off.

I've tried contacting them on the phone a load of times, but keep getting disconected!

Account is on and hasnt reached its limit, and theres plenty left in the balance for ads to show?!

Anyone know why this would happen, bit strange...

Happened to me about 3 months ago, they told me it was a problem with billing, they put me through to a department who wanted to ask questions about my debit card, name on it, about my business etc and then they unlocked my account. Till today I dont know what all that was about but it hasn't happened sinse. You will probably have to ring them or email them.

Yeah, it's happened to me too when I had an account that needed paying. Just send them an email and they'll unlock it

Ah righty.. Have emailed them so hopefully they'll sort it.. what a palava! just want to get my ads running!!
