Adcenter Sign up online VS 10 pages "Word" document to fill print sign & fax ?

Hello

Following a visit to recent exhibition, I met the reps from Microsoft Adcenter...they obviously contacted me afterwards offering me some assistance & "motivation" to open an Adcenter account.

The guy which seems to be from Microsoft send me two .Winword documents to fill, print, sign & fax...

I ask for a voucher to motivate me a bit more...sorry, not possible.

Ok...I start filling the form and let the person know that it is getting on my nerves filling 10 pages & fax in this DNAge.

Response from Microsoft...sorry we are in the process of putting an online application...

So, the question of this thread is:

what is this "BS" all about ?

Anyone know you can open an account online and by doing so properly (right currency, card), you could even get some free voucher code too.

So...why ? why ? !!?!?!?
