New Adwords 'Remarketing' Feature.

I'm both a Google adsense and Google adwords users.

The new 'remarketing' feature for Adwords users is already having a negative effect on my Adsense revenue, and having very little effect on my Adwords campaign effectiveness.

It's simply not working out for me.

Here's how it works for the surfer. 2 hours ago I searched for a new exhaust for my car. Now, 2 hours I'm looking at booking a trip abroad. I'm hitting various sites showing Google Ads... but the ads are still trying to sell me an exhaust! That's Google Adwords/Adsense remarketing.

As a publisher, I look at my own mobile phone websites, and the ads are still showing 'Car Exhaust' adverts.

Who the heck is this working out for?

Since the dart cookie became a feature of adsense my revenue has increased over 50% and continues to rise month on month - so I guess it's working for some people?
TBH, I think the number of people searching car exhausts and then holidays is not going to be great - OK, I know this was an extreme example but you get my point.

You can be sure of one thing, if it isn't working on the whole they will keep updating it until it does.
