I've been working on it all day (god it's tedious!)
Its slow (thats usual) but it's working Ok for me
Is anone experiencing problems with adCenter crashing after having hit the continue button on the ad creation page?
I have had several occasions today were I have created the ad text and hit the continue button and then it just seems to stick there without moving on to the keyword page. This means you then have to refresh the page and go through the process of creating the ad again.
If you hit the save button as opposed to the continue button then it does at least save the ad text and prevent you having to re-enter it but it is still a pain.

I know the feeling, I hav been working on it for most of the day too and its been very tedious.
I have been trying to call customer support for the past couple of hours to see if there any technical issues with it at mo but it just keeps ringing (i haven't even been getting the usual recorded message you get when calling). Just tried again and to top it off now it doesnt even want to ring and adCenter isnt loading up at all for me).

Its not loading at all for me now
Maybe due to the launch of "Live™ Search"
I've spent a good three hours on there this afternoon and have had one or two instances of it crashing as Jon describes.
Hopefully it will improve with time, and fingers crossed on the new live search bringing in more traffic. Despite the rubbish and rage-inducing interface I am extremely happpy with traffic quality so far.
edit: oh yes, I see the white screen of death now, lol.

I had that problem using firefox.... IE worked fine though.... God I hate using IE though
Happened to me loads of times, I issued a complaint.
They said the usual we are sorry etc.
I am still getting the same problems today so spoke to customer support who advised it is likely to be the google toolbar which is causing the problems, although they did say that the technical team were looking into resolving this issue. They also suggested that using firefox should resolve these issues as adCenter is now fully compatiable with it.
