    Hi,

I have found the same problem, and when i have spoken to MSN it appears the problem is usually to do with their automatic keyword approval system (i think it still needs a few tweaks).

What i have had to do is fill in a keyword rejection appeal spreadsheet and send it to msn to try and get the rejections overturned. It can be a bit of a pain if you have lots of keywords rejected as you have to go through the adCenter and get all the ad id's, keyword id's and also the reason for key word rejection reason (which means having to drill right down and clicking on each individual keyword to find the reason).

The last time i spoke to MSN i did at least manage to get them to go through my aco**** and fill this spreadsheet in for me although i dont know if that is something they would offer to do that often.

Are they plurals and miss spells? I've noticed that MSN is very much like Yahoo and has word matching/grouping technology. If this is the case they sometimes reject all words that they deem to be the same or duplicate. Also, it could be down to search volume (or lack of).
