MSN Bulk Upload Errors

Not a problem with MSN, with my PC I think. Trying to upload a file and there must be some errors in it, as it uploads 33 pages of keywords no problem. The where it provides a list of errors in CSV format (see image) when I click on it, it doesn't ask if I want to download, it tries to load it in a window and I get a broken link image.

Any ideas where I change a setting to make it work correctly?

I get that broken image link sometimes too, don't understand why, I also sometimes get it to give me the download actially showing the errors but I don't know what I do to give me that.

I get the same. Sometimes the error list opens and there are no problems and other times it brings up the red cross broken link. There doesnt appear to really be any pattern at all, perhaps it is an error on MSN's side.
