Overture Keyword Assistant problems

Can someone confirm that it isn't just me that has problems with the Overture UK "Keyword Assistant"?
It is constantly a pain in the arse to use as it's constantly doing "page cannot be displayed" etc.
I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me that has this problem?
