    Hi

I've just been checking my adcenter reports for yesterday and I have been charged £88.93 for 26 clicks on a keyword with a max bid of 10p

I've phone the support number and they are looking into it. Has anyone else experienced similar problems.

    Cheers Nick

Yesterday I was charged £81.03 a click for a keyword with a maximum bid of 30p.

In another account I've been charged 51p a click for a maximum bid of 10p

They have taken my details and are looking into it.

Yeah one keyword got charged $900 per click, totally mucked up. I have paused everything while they sort and refund.

Just had an update call from Microsoft - the problem is still unresolved and it sounds like quite a lot of accounts are affected.

They accept there is a bug in the system which they are trying to sort out but they are unsure whether it was a one off yesterday or if it is ongoing.

I think I'll pause my ads till Monday to be on the safe side.

My account affected too, one of my campaigns has a bid cap of 5p and have been charged £6.87 per click. That particular campaign generates around 6,000 clicks a day, so it isn't going to be pleasant if they try to charge my card before they get this sorted.

Yeah massive problems on Adcenter pause your campaigns ASAP, Micrososft's credibility on paid search is in deep dodo.
Google marches on in their efforts to overtake Microsoft as the No1 IT company.

We were affected by this as well, and having been on the phone to them, it sounds like it did affect a lot of accounts.

My balance seems to have righted itself now, but i'm pausing all campaigns until Monday just in case!

Unbelievable it took people to phone up and tell them before they realised something was wrong!
