It's not you, it is totally crap.
Is it just me or is Microsoft AdCenter the most useless, unhelpful, slow and infuriating site on the web?
Their current favourite trick is randomly rejecting my ads and keywords and sending utterly unhelpful emails giving me no clue as to what I have done wrong. And then, even when I do fix the problem at my end, their system falsely blacklists the ads again cause it won't recognize that I've done anything unless I make a minor edit to the ad copy and then resave the ad.
It's not you, it is totally crap.

I found it to be most annoying as well, but then I found Yahoo (overture) to be bad as well.
Personally its the speed of the thing that gets me, surely they can afford to get this running a bit quicker. Maybe get it running on linux

When it accepts the .csv files and you can do everything from spreadsheet imports, its usability is superb. However, if you have to then tinker, it's a slug. My personal favourite pee-off with it is this:
Export Ads to CSV - save file.
Import Ads from CSV - Browse, select the file which you just saved - without having touched it.
Import.
Sorry, the file format is incorrect (or whatever it says)
But you just gave me this file?
Sorry, this file format is incorrect (pulls hair out...)![]()
