Product feed missing or unaligned data

those who use product feeds, how do you deal with the fact that no retailers feed is the same, the information is either in a different place or missing altogether.

I am really worried that a site that is being developed will always have results that will never have the same information.

obv buy.at and affiliate window will have different set ups, but even within there the information the companies supply is different.

Real head scratcher for me this one.

This can be an issue for merchants too, with different requests coming from different affiliates.

Would anyone like to recommend some examples of ones you feel seem to be particularly good?

I'd be happy to pass your feedback onto my client, who work through Affiliate Future, to see if there is more we can do. (some suggestions I've received previously are already being worked on).

Easiest way is to use a combined feed.
I use the one from Urmob.co.uk - Check it out, Richard is really helpful. Also you could look at a script which uses the Urmob feed to get an "instant website", obviously you can change it to have your own look and feel - look at the script from future-websites.com
