yes....they always told me that your website consume too much resource..while my website got around 600 to 800 visitors per day. They are suggesting me to buy dedicated server, while we are not an enterprize. Dedicated servers are mostly for big enterprize and we have to run only two domains.

For this reason, they suspend my domains.

We can't understand that why running two domains consume their too much resources or they are making fool to me....

Thats silly, you wont be using that much CPU resources with that many visitors i can promise you. What package do you need and how much are you currently paying?

He wants UK hosting, 1&1 may have UK offices but their servers are not hosted in the UK and as mentioned above... thats a new one to me as well.... Id say :td

I currently use them for about 70+ sites - many of them singular product sites/blogs so not massive sites. I think they offer good value for money. I'm on the basic re-seller package which is £19.99 a month. I did start of with the Ruby package which was £99 a year for, unlimited domains 40 mysql databases, 5000mb webspace and 200gb per month bandwidth. They offer discounts on domain names if you are buying a few. I find there support good - they actually answer your questions rather than just sending you a link to there FAQ page and they have helped me out with a few problems since i've been with them....not problems with the hosting, just with my lack of technical know-how.

Thanks for replying. Looks like that may be the way I go then. I don't think Ruby would be enough space for the sites with MySQL databases as well so re-seller it is. I take it reliability has not been an issue either or you would have said. Their servers are certainly in a secure location. Anyone else use them?
