If you not sure of the difference between the three, then I would suggest you would be better off with the white label solution. The iframes and much more so, the feed would require you to build a site yourself. Where as the white label is set up for you. I maybe wrong, but as your noy sure of the differences, I am guessing you might not have the knowledge to work with a data feed. iframes are easier, all you have to do is insert some code on whichever page you want the mobile phone deals on and the iframe will generate the table for you. I think you would better off with white label.
Just out of curiosity, are you dead set on working just with e2save? That is only one merchant and limits the choice your visitors will have. There are other white label solutions which work with multiple merchants. This would offer you a true comparison website.
ask4phone and mobiles4everyone both offer iframes, feeds and white label solutions. How they works, is that they will take a % of your commission I think its 40% - sounds a lot, but you will be comparing deals from pretty much every mobile phone website on the net.
If you only want to work with either iframes or feeds then take a look at urmob.co.uk - I am pretty sure they will only take a 20% cut
Hope this helps,
Gianni
