Tracking Problems with Buy.at?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone else had any problems with the buy.at program? I make daily sales with other merchants e.g. 3 mobile (linked to thier direct program). I have not made a single sale in months with any of my approved buy.at links despite having over 900 clicks recorded this month and find this very strange.
Having been in touch with buy.at they have told me that my links are tracking fine but don't understand why I am not generating any sales. Most links are deeplinked directly to the page of the offer. I have just changed my 3 mobile links back to buy.at links just to test them for 24 hours because I know they definately work.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how was it resolved?

I just wanted to post a reply, although I know that you have been in contact with some of my colleagues regarding your specific campaigns. I would like to assure you that we take the tracking on all of our programmes very seriously and will deal with any tracking issues immediately as well as communicate this to the affiliates so that you can make informed decisions about the campaigns you are running.

We are more than happy to check affiliate links to ensure they will track, investigate suspected issues and work with you to find out which specific products/services will convert best on your site(s).

In this instance there are no tracking issues therefore we will be looking to help you identify the ideal products to target your site users and improve the conversions, as I appreciate sending traffic such as 900 clicks with no sale is concerning.

Thanks for the reply. Nicola and Sarah at Buy.at have been helpfull in dealing with this issue. I now know that my links are working which was my main concern. The problem was to do with the products I was targeting an low conversion rates with them. I had to transfer my 3 Mobile links just to test that the interface was working as I knew that these were making sales for me and the sales did show up for the day that they were in place. I wasn't trying to put down Buy.at in any way but just felt it a bit strange that I wasn't getting any sales compared to the sales I get from 3 Mobile and Affiliate Window. I can now carry on promoting O2 knowing that my suspisions were wrong.
