Looking to setup an outsourced call centre in UK.. Please suggest campaigns!

Hello all,

I am looking to setup a new outsourced call centre in Birmingham and looking for suggestions regarding some easy campaigns for relatively favourable cash flow.

The centre will primarily be B2B but we can consider B2C campaigns as well.

Will it be a good idea to involve offshore call centres for lead generation and only keep expert closers here in the UK?

You could try mobile phones on voda & t-mob,
great pass rate at moment. we have a few small call centres running this for us at the moment and it seems to be working well for them.
We are paying them on average about £80 pre completed sale..

Are you talking about B2B or B2C sales on T & Voda?

What SPD are we looking at with 10 FTE?

What Kind of proof do we need to collect from the customer?

Proofs that's easy now. we only need debt/credit card number and its all done online. card must be at the same address as customer...

Javed - check out sister site a4uleads and do finance leads. ppi, pi and payday loans are quick wins with plenty of interest.

most of the mobile re-sellers have moved onto this area as b2c sales for mobile was banned a few years ago. b2b you can do but only on a small scale

Lee123 is a good guy and well connected within the industry and allowed to do b2c through his distributor/retailer. there wont be anyone else who you can do b2c through, and get paid commissions.

ignore any other slander from some new people on here selling dubious leads. we've all been there and got the t-shirt! now wheres that repeat of fonejacker!!

And Javed don't get discouraged by any of those. Make for yourself that where its coming from or trying to take you.

Within 2 weeks of my existence here I have received more than 10 offers to sells B2C mobile phones. If you need any connections on it then PM me and I will send to the list of all the reliable dealers I have come across so far.

And yes everyone pays here so my advise - don't get scared in who claims that rest all are fake.

And, yes I already have 1k sold on the same DUBIOUS sample. If not for the harassment of the customers I would have posted them right here on the forum. PM me and you would learn whats genuine.

I don't know how many times people wish to read this from me that I am not taking any sales stuff. Its only leads, ideal or live choice remains with the takers.

And they are getting well taken away. Any more takers then sure let me know DM.

Product is sold for £99.99 up front payment. Our price promise states that if the customer dosen't make at least their money back within 6 months from date of purchase, we will pay ALL of the customers utility bills for month number 7.

I am new to this site and not figured out how to post my own thread yet so I am sorry for jumping on your thread.
I am also opening a call centre within the next 6-8 weeks and I am looking for some campaigns to start the company off.
I have been in the telephone and broadband sector for a long time and also done mobile upgrades and new customers so something in this sector would be great but would like to hear about anything you have for me.
I have 5-10 FTE's to start and would appreciate any help in finding the right campaign to start with.
Any suggestions??
