Hi there

We currently generate a handful of B2B mobile contract leads each day from one of our websites. We're not making much from it at the moment, so I'm here for feedback/advice.

Up until now we've been working on an exclusive commission split basis, with a couple of B2B mobile dealers. It hasn't really worked out, but for a number of reasons I don't believe that lead quality was an issue.

I've got a few options, that I'd like some feedback on.

Option 1 - continue to sell leads on a backend commission basis.
This simply hasn't worked on an exclusive basis so far - so it'd probably need to be to a number of different dealers. Maybe 2-4?

Option 2 - sell exclusively; charge an upfront fee.
From what I can see, leads sell for between £20 and £60, depending on the number of handsets.

Option 3 - sell non-exclusively with upfront fee.
Obviously leads will be cheaper - at the moment I'd even consider selling them extremely cheap, just to gauge interest. However, the cheaper the lead, the more dealers we'd need to send them to!

Any feedback from B2B mobile dealers would be very welcome!
