Free sim card affiliate

Hey

anyone know what networks the free sim card merchants are on?
i found a few on awin but really need the others aswell

vodafone and o2 are on awin, 3 and t-mobile are on buy.at, tesco are on tradedoubler, orange were on affuture but this appears to have closed, some of the newer cpa networks sometime run short term campaigns.
