Anyone else experienced problems getting a free gift from these people?
My wife ordered a phone a month ago as it came with an 80 gig video ipod, she was an existing customer and they have an offer to get the gift straight away if you are and provide then with the origional order number, we did all this, and we are still waiting a month later for this Ipod, she had phoned them 3 times and keeps getting told that they are not in stock???? after a MONTH!!!!!
I wonder if anyone else has had any problems or any other suggestions apart from going down their and demaning it!!?
