I am a direct affiliate with 123-reg and they are terrible at paying commissions. I have only in the past few weeks received May & June commissions, cheques were dated and signed in June & July!

Presumably TD have a greater influence than us real world affiliates.

I am sorry it took so long to get your cheque to you. This was due to errors made by our banking system between May and October. All affiliate sales data was captured during this period, however it affected our payment schedule. This has now been resolved and all cheques have been sent out. The big mistake we made was not letting our affiliates know this was a problem that would delay payment, and for that I apologise.

How are things progressing with the email problems at 123-reg? I haven't been able to get a definite answer on when delays on mail forwarding would end?

The recent problem with our email service was caused by a SPAM attack. To get our customer’s services back to normal as quickly as possible we have added more mail servers. The service has been improved but it has still not returned to normal levels. Over the next couple of weeks our engineers are performing tests and adding more new hardware. Once this has been done all our customers will see a return to normal.
