Is there any reason why having the e2save white label in an iframe on
another site would stop anything tracking?
    TIA.

As in, you have a white label on one of your sites, and then you want to use an iframe to include it on another one of your sites?

If they gave you the iframe, then it should be tracking correctly.

Its probably not a good idea as e2save have a secure checkout area and most users will get a security warning if inside an iframe.

That said I am not sure if e2save use a completely different domain to take orders from so the final part of the order process may jump ot of your iframe in which case they will not get a warning.

Best this to do is try it on your computer to see if you get any warnings. Other than that there is no reason I can see why it would not 'track'.

    Thanks,
Yes, that is what got me thinking.
I don't get a security warning, but as it stays within my site it never goes
    to https://
Would this put people off from ordering? my results in the last 3 months have
been terrible with the e2save white label site.

    Hi TJ,

Give me your account details and I'll take a look. Tracking will be fine. Barry's correct in thinking that our cart is carried out on a secure address. When a user gets to the first stage of the cart it will pop-out, in your case it may not be because you've put a standalone in a frame? The site will still be 128 bit encrypted (right click and see the properties) however the https won't appear.

Send me your details and I'll have a look.

    James

T.J, The best way to use the e2save whitelabel is by using the 'standalone' option and changing your A records to point to e2save. This gives a real good feel and a seemless transaction process.

    Thanks Barry,

I'm happy enough with the look and feel of things by just dropping the white
label in to an iframe on my optimised pages, was just worried that it didn't
look as though it ever goes to a secure area.

One problem I do have is setting the iframe height. 100% doesn't work and
to get it looking any good for most pages it has to be set at around 1350.
The problem is this leaves a lot of empty space on some pages.
Anyone know how to get over this?
    TIA.

    Thanks,
I tried playing around with it but couldn't get it to work
I'ts not that big a problem, the iframe just sometimes has a blank area or
sometimes has a scroll bar, I can live with that.
