Is anybody here in contact with Anthony from the 3 mobile affiliate helpdesk? He's the Irish guy - gives me a bit of a hard time about from being from Ireland myself - but all in good jest!

If you want something done go to him - links, sales figures, questions... He goes beyond the call of duty to help and always follows up when he says he's going to get back to you.

I assume by your good comments for Anthony at 3 Mobile affiliates, that you use their programme.

Can I ask have you had many sales that have come back as having failed dedupe?

Yeah we do work with 3, in fact just awarded them best mobile broadband in our awards.

While the deduping process is a bit irritating we still get a lot of sales from 3. We only sell mobile broadband and laptops so don't know anything about how they are on mobile phones but both of these are going really well - good landing pages and solid product.

What's wrong with the data feed? Have you spoken to Anthony about it. He's usually quite good with these things.

Yes that's my experience too.
Anthony's always cool to jump on the phone and get straight to the point. I can't stand it when ppl hide behind using only e-mails for everything!
