Hi,

Does anyone know of any good mobile phone comparison scripts available?

I have a 'niche mobiles' domain so a white label site isn't really what i'm after.

Any help would be great

Thanks for the examples, my site is just a 'niche' so I don't have the need to display every phone available, we're talking like 30-40 phones.

I have been having a play with the mobiles4everyone feed/scripts and they seem to be just what i'm after

Can someone please answer these questions r.e XML Feeds?


1. Are they SEO friendly?
2. Does Google include their content as part of your site when it spiders?
3. Does google follow links within XML feeds and can we prevent this ?[ don't want to lose link juice ].
3. Once added do they update?
4. Are they easy to add to wordpress?


I will be building "large" sites using my own wordpress template... to be quite honest I have come to a standstill and "must" find a solution soon..

I am great and SEO but have never dealt with feeds or affiliate programs so sorry for the dumb questions....

An XML feed, or any type of datafeed, usually gives you the flexibility to use as little or as much information as you like. If your site already has good content then the use of a datafeed probably won't harm your site, SEO-wise.

Answers to your other questions will depend on what sort of feed you're using and how you decide to process it.

I can offer several different Wordpress solutions. Ranging from an iframe, which is just a single line of code to show a live deals comparison on your site, to a more comprehensive php script which can be combined with the use of a datafeed if you wanted to get really technicaly. I also have a brand new Wordpress template and widgets, which should be ready for beta testing within a week. Feel free to PM or for more information.
