Kaleidoscope launches on Affiliate Window

Affiliate Window is delighted to announce that Kaleidoscope is now live, and will be exclusive on Affiliate Window from the end of October.

What is the affiliate programme offering?

A layer of lace here, a splash of colour to catch the eye. At Kaleidoscope they know detail makes all the difference. So if you prefer fashion with flavour, you’ll love the detail on show in the Kaleidoscope collection.

We’ve previously only paid commission on new customers and subsequent orders but from today we are delighted to announce that we’ll be paying commission on all validated orders, regardless of whether the sale is from a new or existing customer.

Voucher code

As an extra incentive we’re offering new customers 10% off their first order. Simply use the code PP2P at the checkout. No minumum spend necessary! This code begins on Thursday 1st October and expires at 23.59 Wednesday 28th October.

Commission details

This programme operates on a 30 day cookie period. The commission rates are payable dependant on your type of promotion. The main rates are:

Fashion 5%

Garden – 2.5%
Gifts – 2.5%
Electricals – 2.5%
Home & Living – 2.5%

For affiliates whose affiliate ID is mainly connected with a vouchercode directly the rate for all commission groups is 2.5%. You will be identified as a vouchercode directory by one of the following criteria:

1) Your primary promotional method selected is listed as ‘voucher code directory’
2) You affiliate name and/or URL relates specifically to ‘voucher code’ or ‘discount code’
3) The majority of your traffic derives from your vouchercode site

If your ID relates to one of the above you will be placed at 2.5% commission. The team will contact you to let you know this is the case. Kaleidoscope understand that some affiliates may operate several websites under the same ID. If this is the case and you are concerned about the commission rate you will be placed at please do contact the team to discuss this.

Important Reporting Information

Kaleidoscope operate on an offline tracking process. Therefore commissions will be tracked offline and report into the Affiliate Window interface daily. The transactions uploaded will be from two days previous and will be uploaded into your ‘pending commissions’ where they will be validated. Validations will occur daily after the initial 35 first days of the programme being live on the network. Commissions will be validated after 35 days pending every single day.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that full terms and conditions need to be read and agreed to when joining Kaleidoscope, these are available in the account description.

In order to avoid any broadmatching issues, affiliates must add Kaleidoscope, Kaleidoscope.co.uk, and Kaleidoscope.com as negative keywords in all paid search activity.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches or extended/hybrid brand searches or misspells. Example include: Kaleidoscope clothing, Kaleidoscope voucher codes, Kaleidoscope discount codes

Affiliates are not permitted to use the Kaleidoscope trademark in any paid search activity, whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs. Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Kaleidoscope website, this includes using the Kaleidoscope website as a display URL.
