In our bid to continually offer added value to our customers, we have negotiated the following changes to our policies with immediate effect:

AXA is our new Insurer! We have now partnered with the UK's largest travel insurance company to underwrite our new, enhanced scheme. Customers will now have greater financial security and peace of mind when insuring with Flexicover Direct.

No Age Limit for Single Trip Customers! There will be no change in age limits for Annual Multi Trip, Long Stay and Gap Year policies.

New! Extended Kennel & Cattery Fees cover! All policies now cover additional kennel or cattery fees if return home is delayed due to injury, illness or disease of the family pet.

New! Excursion cover! Cancellation or curtailment charges now cover excursions up to £250.

New! Missed departure now covered on the return journey!

New! Travel delay and Missed departure provide cover for traffic congestion!

Please note Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) is no longer included on our policies.
